Transclusion

Transclusion is the ability to show a page or a section of a page on another page. This is used when information must be duplicated on different pages in order to ensure that all pages using the same information are in sync.

To transclude an entire page, use {{:PAGENAME}}. This should be avoided unless the page is very small, for large pages it is better to link to the page.

To transclude a section of a page

• Wrap the section to be transcluded with <section begin="SECTION"/> and <section end="SECTION"/>, replacing SECTION with the name of the section.
• Use {{#lst:PAGENAME|SECTION}} to transclude the section.
