Playstyle
Ramsay is an evasive, tanky melee bruiser that focuses on disruption, poison, and dealing constant damage.
- Ramsay thrives in the middle of the action, disrupting multiple enemies and drawing fire while evading most incoming damage.
- While he does not have higher baseline armor, his built in dodge on Rush combined with many stamina restoring upgrades enable him to dodge a significant number of enemy skills, especially in drawn out battles.
- Far Cut and Flurry give him slightly more range than most melees, enabling him to position more freely and get extra damage on fleeing targets.
- His focus is a great escape tool that can give him cover to secure a kill before retreating.
- His upgrades give him access to a wide variety of buffs, debuffs, and crowd control, enhancing both his ability to survive and his ability to make an impact in fights.
Great dodge timing and cooldown management will allow Ramsay to dominate the battlefield.

Note that the coating is removed after 1 attack that hits, not after 1 hit, so using Flurry afterwards will make all hits of the attack apply poison.
Fruit Punch does not count as an attack and will not remove the coating.

Focus increases
The in-game tooltip incorrectly states that enemies are poisoned for 4s and allies gain stealth for 4s, but this is only true if they stay within the area of effect. Both effects wear off 1s after leaving the area.

- When regenerating stamina in combat, gain

The in-game tooltip incorrectly states a value of +20 stamina regen, when it is actually +25.
The in-game tooltip states only that health regeneration begins 2s earlier, but the actual effect reduces the combat timer, meaning that sprinting and jumping will also cost no stamina 2s earlier.
Talents
Flurry
- Doubles the number of hits and duration.
Notes
- Far Cut is great, but don't burn your entire stamina bar just to deal damage.
- Use Rush often, it has such a short cooldown and it's a free dodge.
- Flurry is a great skill to use for both its range and its AoE, but without Whippersnapper it does slightly less dps than the basic attack combo. Keep this in mind when trying to wound a guardian.
- Rush's Counterplay upgrade and Flurry's Whiplash upgrade give Ramsay valuable interrupt options, making him disruptive in combat and strategically effective to interrupt enemies gathering power.
- Use your focus for the stealth it provides, as the damage is comparatively weak.
