Playstyle
Ezren Ghal is a short-range caster with a focus on self healing, AoE damage, and crowd control.
- He often looks to pull just the right amount of aggro to counteract incoming damage with his self heal, but he can get into trouble when focused by the enemy team.
- His skills are built for an alternating playstyle, cycling between stealing souls with LMB and then shooting them out for damage using RMB.
- Immobilize on E is very powerful, especially when used to combo with the rest of the team.
The longer that you are able to stay in fights without dying or retreating, the more of an advantage you will be able to get with Ezren.

Notes
- By stealing a soul right beforehand, you can use Soul Fire 4 times in a row, as souls have a short travel time back to Ezren before they are collected.
- Spectral Form should be used while you still have some health left, in order to take advantage of its damage reduction.
- Ezren's AoE upgrades are great at punishing summoner heroes such as Griselma and Roland. They also are potent against teams that clump together too often, especially during a rampage.
- Ezren's focus does much more damage and healing when used with a full 3 bars of focus, so try to save up for it. Use it with multiple enemies nearby to recover all your health and turn the tables on your enemies.
